Audio369 Studio operates entirely as a client-side web utility provider. We do not host, store, stream, publish, index, or distribute any audio files, musical tracks, voice recordings, or video soundtracks on our servers.
All audio manipulation, format transcoding, trimming, and digital signal processing take place strictly within the temporary random-access memory (RAM) of the individual user's personal device. Because files are never transmitted to or retained on our infrastructure, Audio369 does not possess custody or control over the media content opened by users.
2. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
Audio369 strictly respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, musicians, recording labels, and content creators. Our platform is intended solely for legal use on content that users own or have obtained lawful authorization to process, convert, or edit.
Users are explicitly prohibited from using Audio369 tools to circumvent technical protection measures or infringe upon copyrighted works in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or international copyright treaties.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any text, code, documentation, or graphic material published on the Audio369 website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)) to our designated agent.
