1. Introduction and Core Commitment

At Audio369 Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by M/S GoTradly Technologies (founded by Prathviraj, accessible at gotradly.com), user privacy is fundamental to our software design. We created Audio369 so you can edit, convert, and inspect audio files without handing your recordings, voice clips, or copyrighted music over to third-party servers.

2. Local Browser Processing (Zero Uploads)

Most legacy web converters upload your files over the internet to backend processing servers. In contrast, Audio369 processes 100% of all audio files locally inside your web browser using the HTML5 Web Audio API and WebAssembly.

  • Your audio and video files never leave your device.
  • We cannot view, hear, analyze, or keep any audio data you open in our apps.
  • When you close or refresh your browser tab, all temporary audio buffers stored in your computer RAM are immediately cleared.

3. What We Do Not Collect

You never need to register, create an account, or give us your email address to use any of our 59 studio apps. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment details, and we never see the contents of the audio files you work on.

We do, however, use analytics and hosting services that process limited technical data about your visit. Those are listed in full in the next section rather than left unsaid.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Third Parties

When you first arrive we ask for your cookie choice. Until you make one, all non-essential cookies and analytics stay switched off. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settingslink in the footer.

Essential (always on)

  • audio369_theme: browser local storage that remembers your Dark or Light mode choice.
  • audio369_consent: browser local storage that remembers the cookie choice you made here.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request headers to serve pages, and runs bot-detection and performance measurement (Real User Monitoring) on our behalf. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Speech tools (only when you use them)

  • Audio to Text, Subtitle Generator and Audio Translation run the Whisper speech model in your browser. The model weights are downloaded once from the Hugging Face content delivery network and then cached by your browser. That request happens only if you press the button on one of those three pages. Your audio is never part of it: the model travels to your device, your recording does not leave it.

Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 (property G-01PBP19VPZ) sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits and understand which tools are used most. IP anonymisation is enabled. These cookies are only set after you accept analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising (only with your consent)

  • We may show ads through Google AdSense to keep the studio free. Advertising cookies are only set if you accept advertising. You can also control personalised ads at Google My Ad Center.

5. Your Rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or a region with comparable law, you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold no account data, the practical steps are:

  • Withdraw consent: use the Cookie Settings link in the footer and choose Reject Non-Essential.
  • Erase local data: clear site data for audio369.com in your browser. This removes every value we store.
  • Analytics data: email us and we will request deletion of the associated Google Analytics data.
  • Complain: you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent. Our legal basis for essential hosting and security processing is our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website.

6. Data Retention

Audio files are held only in your device's memory for the length of your session and are discarded when you close or refresh the tab. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Values in your browser's local storage remain until you clear them.

7. Children's Privacy

Audio369 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
