By accessing and utilizing Audio369 Studio (“the Service”, “Audio369”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by M/S GoTradly Technologies (founded by Prathviraj, accessible at gotradly.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Software Description and Client-Side Execution
Audio369 provides a suite of 59 digital audio tools, format converters, editors, acoustic analyzers, and voice processors. All audio signal manipulation, decoding, editing, filtering, and re-encoding operate entirely within the client's web browser session via HTML5 Web Audio API and WebAssembly technology. At no point are user audio recordings, voice files, or media metadata uploaded, stored, or processed on remote external servers.
3. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property Ownership
Audio369 grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the tools for personal, educational, commercial, and professional audio production purposes.
You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all audio tracks, samples, voice recordings, and media files processed through our platform. Audio369 asserts zero claim, ownership, license, or right over your creations, compositions, or exported files.
4. Prohibited Activities & User Responsibilities
You agree to use Audio369 responsibly and in accordance with applicable copyright laws. You specifically agree not to:
- Process, modify, or distribute audio recordings or musical compositions that infringe upon the intellectual property or copyright of third parties without proper authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with security boundaries of the web application or host infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload or disrupt the availability of the web service.
- Use the tools for any illegal, harassing, deceptive, or harmful purposes under relevant international jurisdictions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While our algorithms undergo strict automated precision verification (including ITU-R BS.1770-4 compliance and 32-bit floating point testing), Audio369 does not guarantee that output files will meet specific broadcast guidelines or work reliably across all legacy hardware configurations without independent verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audio369 Studio, its creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to loss of audio data, interrupted recording sessions, or hardware system crashes during browser processing.
